1)	No illegal sites, no illegal content, no java tricks, no low quality hustler sites. If your site or traffic sucks, then I will not trade with you. Surprised?
2)	your site must skim NO LEES than 70% clicks to content. Pervert World skims 15% to trades, and 85% to CLEAN galleries, only accepting CLEAN tours/signup pages on ALL sponsor pages. You can get pure niche return traffic, or mix a blend of niches that will match your site best.
3)	The top 60 lists update every hour (on the main page and appx. 1500 archive pages). Currently it takes appx. 600 uniques/day to reach the top 60. "My Friends page, the Top 120 list" takes appx. 50-100 uniques/day to reach. You can always check and measure your productivity at My Friends Page.
4)	I HATE pop-ups, consoles and auto downloads - and so does ANY surfer. Cheating me (and my partners and advertisers) will make you famous across the network.
5)	ONLY high quality and high PR sites can have their perm links at the main pages and at my niche category pages. Do not expect your perm link on the main pages, unless: A) Your site has high google page rank, B) You can trade both high volume and high quality traffic. I expect the same fairness in return as you can always expect from me.
